Petro-Canada™ Lubricants' distribution network extends to over 80 countries worldwide
The toughest and most demanding test for any oil is to reach the factory fill standards demanded by world-leading OEMs.
Allison Transmission, Inc., the premier global provider of commercial-duty automatic transmissions, has chosen Petro-Canada Lubricants as sole factory fill global supplier of the new TES 668™ specification fluid.
Petro-Canada Lubricants DuraDrive HD Synthetic 668™ has met and exceeded the TES 668™ specification with full backwards compatibility to TES 295®. Now Allison Transmission customers will experience the durability, performance, and equipment protection that Petro-Canada Lubricants’ automatic transmission fluids (ATFs) provide.
Allison TES 668™ is the newly designated OEM oil standard for heavy and medium duty Allison Transmissions.
Allison created the new TES 668™ specification to provide their customers with a fluid that would do more – provide better friction performance and better wear protection for their transmissions.
DuraDrive HD Synthetic 668 is the first fluid to complete Allison’s rigorous validation program, receive license approval, and be awarded Allison’s global factory fill program. DuraDrive HD Synthetic 668 will be backwards compatible for every heavy and medium duty Allison transmission that currently requires approved TES 295® ATF.
As the integrated base oil supplier and finished product formulator for DuraDrive HD Synthetic 668, Petro-Canada Lubricants provided a fluid that met all of Allison’s requirements.
