Product Overview

SENTRON™ LD 8000 is an innovative premium performance, low-ash (0.52 wt%) SAE 40 stationary gas engine oil that combines a high degree of oxidative stability with nitration resistance. SENTRON LD 8000’s extended drain intervals beyond today’s standards and its outstanding deposit control and anti-wear protection can result in lower maintenance costs, less used oil to dispose of and a more efficient and profitable operation. SENTRON LD 8000’s exceptional performance is especially important in the severe service conditions common in compression, power generation and combined heat and power applications. It is recommended for engines operating on natural gas, pre-treated sewage / biogas, and selective pre-treated process gases.

Product Overview

SENTRON LD 5000 is a premium low-ash (0.57 wt%) SAE 40 stationary gas engine oil which combines a high degree of oxidative stability with deposit control tendency. SENTRON LD 5000 has been proven to extend engine life by reducing varnish, sludge and carbon deposits, maintaining optimal engine performance, and providing exceptional resistance to oil breakdown and deposit formation.

SENTRON LD 3000 (0.47% wt ash)

SENTRON LD 3000 helps provide a high level of performance in high output turbocharged engines that prefer a Low Ash oil. It provides excellent control of engine deposits, even when there is a need for added high temperature deposit control.

Applications

Recommended for most 4-stroke and some 2-stroke gas engines. It is suitable for use in engines fitted with catalytic converters. It is also suitable for severe service applications including high output, turbocharged engines that encounter high exhaust gas temperatures. The result can be significantly less valve sticking for reduced backfiring in these severe applications.

Product Overview

SENTRON CG 40 PLUS is a low-ash (0.52 wt%) SAE 40 stationary gas engine oil uniquely designed for 4-stroke gas engines running in biogas, sewage gas and landfill gas operations. This formulation provides excellent deposit control and corrosion protection and is specifically designed to address current and future engines running in severely contaminated gas applications where higher BMEP engines are used.

Product Overview

SENTRON LD Synthetic Blend is a premium low-ash (0.53 wt%) SAE 15W-40 stationary gas engine oil, formulated as a synthetic blend to extend drain intervals, reduce oil consumption, and give better low temperature performance in comparison to monograde SAE 40's. It is recommended to use in large bore gas engines prone to excessive combustion chamber deposits.

Product Overview

SENTRON VTP 10W-40 PLUS is a mid-ash (0.68 wt%) SAE 10W-40 stationary gas engine oil specifically designed to aid diesel- and gasoline-fueled engines that have been converted to natural gas and need additional anti-wear characteristics due to the valve train, and/or engines where extreme improved low temperature performance benefits are desired due to cyclic engine on-off cycles. SENTRON VTP 10W-40 PLUS is recommended for applications such as smaller remote gas well head engines and gas line booster engines that are low emissions.

Product Overview

SENTRON VTP 0W-30 is a low-ash (0.58 wt%) SAE 0W-30 stationary gas engine oil specially designed to provide low temperature performance in extreme cold winter conditions faced by engines that are in unheated areas. SENTRON VTP 0W-30 allows low temperature starting down to -35°C as well as excellent cleanliness and control of valve deposits.
